Have you ever spent the day with a friend and when you get home you’re just excited about life? And maybe other days you hang out with someone else and end up feeling bummed about everything?

I like to call these two types of friends anchors & engines.

Anchors tend to bring you down, keep you small, and doubt everything all the time.

Engines inspire. They dream with you and push you to reach your highest potential! These friends are important to keep around!

I've created a worksheet to help you identify the anchors & engines in your life.

Use this worksheet to ensure that you are surrounding yourself with people who are elevating you towards your highest self!

Much love & light!
